On a weekend where things were feeling particularly caught up in our work and school lives, Becca and I decided to head up to Park City to see Sundance 2011. Neither of us have ever been to Sundance, and it is only 20 minutes away! On this particular Saturday we made a stop at The Wing Coop in Olympus Cove for dinner. Thank you, Groupon, for sending us to another very cool SLC spot. After dinner we headed up Parley's Canyon to Sundance. I completely underestimated how huge this event was, wow. Thank goodness we knew about the shuttles. It turns out that Sundance is completely doable by shuttle and even thought there were several feet of snow and lots of people on the streets, we enjoyed our first trip to this crazy event.

The only place we could even get into was the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Chocolate covered Oreo's and hot chocolate make for a great date night, though!
This little cat has nothing to do with Sundance, but she's so damn cute trying to get her ball over her head. Crazy cat lady? Why yes I am, thank you!

From the surprise pizza and movie date and the Sundance Film Festival to the Ellie doing what looks like 'crunches' (that awesome kitty is just a human in a fur suit!) your world is so full of wonderful surprises!!!
