Bike MS 2011

For the last four years I have volunteered at Bike MS in Logan, UT for the National MS Society's fundraiser.  For two of those years I worked as the event assistant to my good friend Tara who is the Logistics Manager for the UT/ID office.  Becca joined the Bike MS party in 2010, so this year it was fun to drive up to Logan together to volunteer once again over the weekend.  This ride hosts more than 3,000 cyclists rising to raise funds in the fight against MS.  Also? It's a frickin party. :)
Driving into Cache Valley...maybe we were behind the Duggars?!
Although we've been to Logan a lot together, we've never had a chance to really tour it because we're always working.  This weekend I carved out some time so that Becca could at least experience first hand the heavenly delight that is the Old Grist Mill.
Getting our volunteer on with Christin.  It was 5 billion degrees outside
Helping cyclists get their registration moving.  My sweaty mess of a hair do says it all!
This is what a night at the White Owl plus a stop at the local Wal Mart gets ya...oops!

Taking a quick nap in between sending folks at the start line and heading back to the fairgrounds.
Happy birthday, Bike MS! Thanks for the cake.  25 years later, you still look good!

The woman of the week.  Tara plans Bike MS from top to bottom.
Tara and her volunteer coordinator, Steph. Nice moves, Stephanie!
This year we left early on Saturday to jet home, change, and get to Park City for our friends Keriann and Alex's wedding.  While stopping at home, we found a buddy who was happy to see us.

Another great year for Bike MS.  Love this event, can't wait for 2012!
